yes, you can definitly still learn to play a musical instrument. visit a local music store, or online and Yamaha.com. you could really play anything you want, but French Horn is the hardest instrument. You can buy cds, books, equipment, everything you would need online. it depends if you want to play a band instrument like guitar or drums, you could easily learn those, but if you’re wanting to play a real musical instrument like in a band that would play like in middle or high school, marching band, or anything, then you have a huge selection to choose from, from any brass instrument to woodwinds, or percussion. which you could get EVERYTHING you need from Yamaha, including music, cd’s, instruments, cleaning supplies, and extra stuff, like you could also get colored instruments. If you need any more help, let me know.

Hey, my old guitar teacher rocks man, and he didn’t start playing guitar until he was 23!! You don’t have a be a musically talented 6-year-old to be able to play a musical instrument and music really is not very hard to grasp once you get over the basics. Now, perfection takes a few years of study and dedication, but it is completely possible. Good luck to you!

Don’t feel bad, NOBODY plays perfectly. Choose the instrument you like the best sound of and read all you can on Google or anywhere you can find it. You don’t need a background in it – sometimes it helps not to be too heavily influenced that way. Good luck!

No one can play an instrument perfectly. Even the greatest of the musicians had their problems.
My recommendation would be percussion. Drums and auxiliary instruments to me are the easiest because you don’t have to worry about pitches or scales. Just the rudiments. But if you’re up for a challenge in this area, learn a pitched percussion instrument, like keyboard percussion (marimba, xylophone, bells, vibraphone, etc.) or timpani. Timpani are drums that are pitched. A combination of rudiments and and pitches.
There is always the possibility of learning to draw. I taught myself to draw and I’ve gotten some pretty good reviews on my drawings. I’m mainly an animal and cartoon drawer. The thing about drawing is that you can learn how to draw one thing, and be good at drawing another. My drawing skills at people suck, but my animals are pure gold. If you want to learn how to draw find something that is your strong point and stick with it.
My sources have 3 sites on drawing and 1 site on rudiments. The rudiment site also show you mallet techniques, too. So check it out and see what you think.
Hope this Helped.
